PinShift compatibility

Compatibility starts with a stock iPhone.

PinShift is an iPhone GPS location changer for Mac that uses Apple’s developer-location services on an iPhone you own or are authorized to test. It keeps requirements and limits visible before you connect.

What you need

  • An Apple Silicon or Intel Mac running macOS 11 or later. The qualified release status remains authoritative.
  • An unlocked iPhone you own or are authorized to test.
  • A reliable data-capable USB cable and an accepted Trust prompt.
  • Developer Mode when the iPhone asks for it.

What Free includes

Free lets you set a Fixed location, search the map, enter coordinates, save up to three favorites, and restore real location. No PinShift account is required for Free.

What requires Pro

Precision, Micro Route, Pro Route, advanced route controls, and unlimited favorites require PinShift Pro. Restore real location remains available on every plan.
